This is the second post of the IC series as i promised, this one was in “el moez le deen allah al fatemy” street in “el hussein” it’s a street that has been closed for the cars, all the monuments there have been restored to a very good state and magnificent lights were put. Smoking in the pool

she kind of looked like this (in her imagination)
In Egypt you can get pretty much anything delivered. I’ve had a 10 LE bottle of vegetable oil delivered to my apartment, and know people who will routinely call out for a single pack of cigarettes or a coke. But what I saw today was on a different level. read more »

"an exclamation indicating that one has absorbed or is emitting a quantum of unhappiness"
The last line of defense gave way. Despite all the finger-crossing, the well-wishing, and the silent-pleading, it fell. It fell and it crushed me..
Cilantro - at least the one I am at at the moment [Street #9, Maadi], started giving out Link Zone's promotional wifi-cards. So sooner or later there won't be any free internet except at Costa Coffee & Second Cup.
The Fees & The Masses

VisorVeil
This weekend i looked over into the cab next to me and sighted a veil form i had yet to see. This was one of the youngish, fashionable types wrapped up into a ball at the back of the head. The layers were greens and white. The innovation: a small, inch-wide, translucent visor at the front. And, no, it wasnt a hat. It was a veil with a visor.
