Like Father like Son
I found the photos from the interview of Daniel Al Gamal with Wael Al Abrashi on Dream TV.2 and I thought I must share it with you.
Last year as I told some officials in Al Ahram claimed that Daniel did not receive his Egyptian Passport because he was the real son of Rafeat who according to that undeclared source in interior ministry could not bear Children.
Here are the images of Rafeat and his son Daniel , look to the resemblances
It was too good to be
It was too good to be true , I could not believed myself when I read it, I thought for a second that someone from the Oil ministry has read my post about our Egyptian Natural gas reserve but of course this is untrue.
It was some like a beautiful dream that unfortunately like any dream it has to end and we are back in the bitter real world. By the way Al Badeel is saying Egypt cut or halted the export of gas because it is negotiating about the price again. read more »
Sarah Palin and US
I spoke about Joe Biden and his foreign policies towards the Middle East that I do not like.
Us by the way is not only Egypt but it is the Arab countries in the region , you must not forget that the United States is currently an invader of an Arab country.
Sarah on contrary to Biden got no foreign policy experience , already her local experience is debatable as short. Still I believe the foreign policies are not put by the President or his vice alone there are advisors for this mission. She won’t be Dick Cheney for sure. read more »
Read how Israel deliberately forgets its history
Please read this very interesting article by Shlomo Sand;a professor
of History at Tel Aviv University. Read it till the end.It is very controversial because it discuss the origin of the Jews ,sorry it goes beyond that saying that the Palestinians were in the fact the real owners , they are descends of the Jews who converted to Christianity then to Islam as far as I understand , may be I did not get right ,it is a radical thought in the end. read more »
No,it is unattractive idea !!
I do not know why FM Abu El-Gait insists on choosing words that do not go with his important and respectable position as a diplomat and also as a minister.
First he will break the legs of the Gazan who will dare and cross the borders then he finds the idea of having Arab troops in Gaza ATTRACTIVE !!
Attractive !!?? Does he know what is he speaking about ?? Attractiveness has nothing to do with the political and national security stuff !!
Where is the attractiveness in this idea ?? read more »

The bank there suspected in that large transfer especially it is from an Arab country and to be deposited in Muslim Arab account. They had to return the transaction to the Central Bank of Egypt and this is how the rumour found its way to us !! What Israel lost in the Georgian war !!
For Sure Israel has lost a lot in its silly adventure in the Georgian war ,now the Russians won’t forget easily . Especially that without this war the Russians used to supply Syria and Iran with arms not to mention their diplomatic support to both Tehran and Damascus. Now Russia has more reasons to support both countries thanks to the Israeli choice.
Russia now is returning its old status and it will reward those stood beside it and will blacklist those stood against it. read more »

Israel: 30 Years after Sadat's Visit
One Jerusalem reflects on the Arab-Israeli peace process 30 years after the historic visit of Egyptian President Anwar Al Sadat to Israel.
Egypt: Why is Israel Scared?
“I can't find a reason why Israel is so scared that any Arab or Islamic country would own a nuclear program !! Seriously I do not find a good reason to all what the Israelis are doing whether from leading the world against Iran or attacking Egypt and KSA for their announcement that they would start a peaceful nuclear program,” writes Egyptian blogger Zeinobia.
An MP with a lot of imagination
The issue of Egyptians being married to Israeli citizens has been discussed very heavily in the Egyptian newspapers recently. Various T.V. programs were done about this issue and various articles written. Calls have been made to take the Egyptian citizenship from those Egyptians and many accusations have been made against them accusing them of being traitors and spies. Almost all those reports have talked about the number of these cases as being 10,000 Egyptians and most of them have mentioned that they are married to Israeli Jews in some cases but in most to 1948 Arabs that hold an Israeli passport.

You are Anti Semitic: Admit It even if just for Yourselves
The Jewish Synagogue in Cairo was reopened just a couple of days ago. The Synagogue had been closed for some time for renovation. This celebration should have been a great celebration of this historic building’s opening and a time to celebrate the long Jewish presence in Egypt. Many articles could have been written, and many lectures could have been held to celebrate this opening and to remember the rich history that Egyptian Jewish citizens had in this country. The Jewish community in Egypt may number close to 100 people currently, but before 1952, Egypt had had a vibrant and culturally rich Jewish community that numbered around 80,000.

Al Jazeera to replace CNN in Israel
Cox News Service reported last week that Israel's largest cable provider plans to replace CNN with Al Jazeera. According to the article, the American news network "is regularly accused of biased coverage by conservative and right-wing Israelis, as well as U.S.-based pro-Israel organizations that monitor American news coverage of the Jewish state." So Al Jazeera, the pilloried "terrorist" news channel hated by Arab governments and the United States alike, is apparently less biased than its Middle Eastern counterpart in the eyes of Israelis. read more »
